Horní Habartice (German: Ober Ebersdorf) is a village and municipality (obec) in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.27 square kilometres (2.81 sq mi), and has a population of 396 (as at 28 August 2006).
Horní Habartice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) east of Děčín, 25 km (16 mi) north-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 75 km (47 mi) north of Prague.
