Horní Dunajovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 10.04 square kilometres (3.88 sq mi), and has a population of 641 (as at 28 August 2006).
Horní Dunajovice lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north-east of Znojmo, 43 km (27 mi) south-west of Brno, and 179 km (111 mi) south-east of Prague.
