Hohn is a municipality in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
The location of Hohn is south of the municipality of Königshügel or Lohe-Föhrden, but north of Friedrichsgraben or Sophienhamm or Elsdorf-Westermühlen, and west of Fockbek.
