Hodebertia is a genus of moths of the Crambidae family. It contains only one species, Hodebertia testalis, which is found in the tropics, but ranges north to parts of Europe on occasion. In Europe, it has been reported from France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, Croatia and Greece.[2] Outside of Europe, it is found in Syria, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, India, Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, Réunion, Queensland (Australia), Somalia, South Africa, Madagascar and Saint Helena.

Adults are white, with two ragged brown arcs across each wing.[3]

The larvae feed on Hibiscus, Gomphocarpus and Asclepias species (including Asclepias curassavica).[4]
