Hoàng Danh Ngọc (born 3 April 1990) is a Vietnamese footballer who plays as a Left winger for V-League (Vietnam) club Vissai Ninh Binh F.C..[1]
He has played with the U23 Việt Nam against CLB Kashima Antlers and U23 Myanmar.
