Hlinná (German Hlinnay) is a village and municipality (obec) in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 12 square kilometres (4.6 sq mi), and has a population of 223 (as at 31 December 2007).
Hlinná lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north of Litoměřice, 11 km (7 mi) south-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 59 km (37 mi) north-west of Prague.
