Hiroyuki Shirai (白井 博幸 Shirai Hiroyuki) (born 17 June 1974 in Fuji, Shizuoka, Japan) is a former Japanese football player.

Shirai competed for the Japan national football team at the 1996 Summer Olympics.[1]
