Hiroaki Morishima (森島寛晃 Morishima Hiroaki, born 30 April 1972 in Hiroshima, Japan) is a former Japanese football midfielder.

He was capped 64 times and scored 12 goals for the Japanese national team between 1995 and 2002. He got 11 minutes as a substitute against Croatia at the 1998 FIFA World Cup. At the 2002 FIFA World Cup he got three games as a substitute, scoring after two minutes in the game against Tunisia.

On October 30, 2008, Morishima announced his retirement from professional football.
