Hindoria is a town and a nagar panchayat in Damoh district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.
Geography
Hindoria is located at 23°54′N 79°34′E / 23.9°N 79.57°E.[1] It has an average elevation of 385 metres (1263 feet).
Demographics
As of 2001 India census,[2] Hindoria had a population of 14,426. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Hindoria has an average literacy rate of 60%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 71%, and female literacy is 47%. In Hindoria, 17% of the population is under 6 years of age.
