M08 is the shortest state international highway in Ukraine which serves as a loop route bypassing the city of Uzhhorod on the northern (mountainous) side.
It starts at a split of E50 and E573 (village of Baranyntsi, Uzhhorod Raion) and ends at a border checkpoint "Uzhhorod", which is located at vulytsia Sobranetska in Uzhhorod. Across the Slovakian border it continues as 1st Class road 50.
