Higashi-Fujiwara Station (東藤原駅 Higashi-Fujiwara-eki) is a railway station in Inabe, Mie Prefecture, Japan. It is located 23.1 rail kilometres from the terminus of the Sangi Line at Kintetsu-Tomida Station.
