Herbert von Böckmann (24 July 1886 – 3 March 1974), sometimes spelt Boeckmann, was a German general who commanded the L Armeekorps during the Second World War. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Herbert von Böckmann was discharged from the armed forces 31 March 1943 because of his age.
