Henry Work Lever (October 4, 1883 – July 1, 1980) was a college football coach in the United States. His coaching record was 6 wins, 7 losses, and 2 ties.
In 1911 Lever was named the eighth head coach of the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs in Fort Worth, Texas. His team produced a record of 4 wins and 5 losses that year.[1]
After his year at TCU, Lever became the tenth head football coach for the Carroll College (Wisconsin) Pioneers located in Waukesha, Wisconsin and he held that position for the 1913 season. His career coaching record at Carroll College was 2 wins, 2 losses, and 3 ties. As of 2007, this ranks him 23rd at Carroll College in total wins and 23rd at Carroll College in winning percentage.[2]
He died in 1980.[3]
