Henry T. Hazard

Henry Thomas Hazard (July 30, 1844 – August 7, 1921) was the 20th Mayor of Los Angeles, California from 1889–1892.
Biography
Born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Hazard graduated with the class of 1868 from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a doctor of law degree.
He served as City Attorney for the City of Los Angeles for several years before being elected Mayor of Los Angeles in 1888.
He married Carrie Geller, but they had no children.
He died in Los Angeles at the age of 77. He is buried in the Hazard family plot at Evergreen Cemetery.[1]
