Henry "Harry" Brock was a college sports player, coach, and sports figure in the United States.

Playing history

Brock was a player at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas from 1927-1930.[1]

Coaching

College of Emporia

Brock was head coach of the College of Emporia Fighting Presbies football team in Emporia, Kansas, taking the position for the 1941 season.[2]

Southwestern

After one season at College of Emporia, Brock became the 10th football coach for the Southwestern College Moundbuilders in Winfield, Kansas and held that position for the 1942 season. His coaching record at Southwestern was 4 wins, 3 losses, and 2 ties. As of completion of the 2007 season, this ranks him 23rd at Southwestern in terms of total wins and 10th at Southwestern in terms of total winning percentage (.556).[3]

Brock was also the basketball coach at Southwestren for the 1945-1946 season,[4] producing a record of 11 wins and 9 losses.[5]
