Helm is an unincorporated community in Fresno County, California.[1] It is located 13 miles (21 km) south of Kerman,[2] at an elevation of 187 feet (57 m).[1]
The first post office opened in Helm in 1913.[2] The city name is from William Helm, sheep rancher who arrived in 1859.[2]
