Helabad (Persian: هل اباد, also Romanized as Helābād; also known as Gilyabad)[1] is a village in Fuladlui Jonubi Rural District, Hir District, Ardabil County, Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 137, in 32 families.[2]
Nowadays people who are originally from this village come back to build new houses. The first person who stated this movement is Mr. Seyed Kamal Fatemi . His house is the first edifice from Ardabil Side.[citation needed]
