HealthUnity Corporation is an American software company serving the health information exchange market. They provide software products and services for various types of HIE deployments. HealthUnity's products work with statewide HIEs, as well as Regional Health Information Organizations (RHIOs), to allow sharing of clinical information between disparate healthcare entities across a patient's continuum of care. The company also serves the enterprise HIE and embedded HIE (embedded with other software solutions from leading HIT vendors) markets.

The company was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington.

HealthUnity has been awarded on several occasions for its innovative technology for MPI and HIE:
