Timothy Barnwell (born July 26, 1967, New Jersey, United States),[1] better known by the stage name Headliner, is an American DJ, and former member of the hip hop ensemble Arrested Development. Lead vocalist Speech met Headliner at the Art Institute of Atlanta, where they were both students.[1]
He left the group after their split in 1996, and did not participate in their reunion in 2000.
