Controversies

In May 20, 2009, during his birthday, at least 3 sex videos including actresses Katrina Halili, Maricar Reyes and a Brazilian model were distributed over the internet without his consent. It was rumored that the release of these videos were masterminded by his own former friends in order to embarrass and publicly humiliate him. During the senate probe where Kho faced Halili, it was revealed that Kho's personal equipment were stolen from him in December 2008.[2][3] Halili then sued Kho, claiming that Kho videotaped their sexual encounter without her consent. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) also revoked Kho's medical license the week following the investigation conducted by the commission's board of medicine.[4] The case filed by Halili against Kho was dismissed on December 15, 2010.[5] Hayden had named a certain Bistek and another friend Eric Chua as the possible masterminds behind the illegal distribution of the videos.[6]

He was born to a Filipino mother and Chinese father. He studied in Grace Christian College (formerly Grace Christian High School), a Chinese School for born-again Christians. He received his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in 2005. During his studies, he joined the Zeta Beta Mu Fraternity where he was chairman of the medical missions.
