Hawn State Park is located near Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. The 4,953-acre (20.04 km2) park was acquired in 1955. Activities in the park include camping, fishing, picnicking, and hiking.
Hawn State Park has three trails:
- Whispering Pines, 10 miles (two loops, with the northern loop 6 miles, the southern loop 4 miles)
- White Oak, 4 miles
- Pickle Creek, 1 mile
There are connectors that join the trails.
Inside the park boundaries are three state-designated Natural Areas. They are Pickle Creek, LaMotte Sandstone Barrens, and Botkin's Pine Woods. Orchid Valley is also considered part of Hawn State Park, but is not connected to the rest of the park and is not open to the public.
