Hashima (羽島市 Hashima-shi) is a city located in Gifu Prefecture of central Japan. The city was founded on April 1, 1954.
As of July 2011, the city has an estimated population of 67,041 and a population density of 1,200 persons per km². The total area is 87.77 km².
