Harold Alfred Mayne-Nicholls Secul (born 27 July 1961) is a Chilean journalist and administrator, who played an important role as president of the ANFP and also was a FIFA official. He is of English and Croatian descent.[1]
He was replaced as president of the ANFP by Sergio Jadue in November 2010.[2] He was also a FIFA official.
