Harold Costley-White

The Very Rev Harold Costley-White,^[1] DD^[2] was an Anglican^[3] dean^[4] and author ^[5] in the mid 20th century.^[6]
Born in 1878, he was educated at Malvern^[7] and Balliol and ordained in 1902.^[8] He was an Assistant Master at Sherborne and Rugby.^[9] From 1910 to 1936 he held Headships at Bradfield College, Liverpool College and Westminster. In 1936 he became Canon of Westminster ^[10] and two years later Dean of Gloucester,^[11] serving for 15 years.^[12]
He died on 5 April 1966.^[13]
