Hariri Pontarini Architects is a Toronto-based architectural practice made up of Siamak Hariri and David Pontarini.
Hariri Pontarini Architects was the recipient of the The Governor General's Medal for the Schulich School of Business at York University,[1] the World Architecture News (WAN) Awards for the Bahá’í Temple of Light.[2]
Established in 1994, HPA’s first project was for McKinsey & Company in Toronto. Most of the firm's work is in Canada and mainly in Toronto, but also include clients in:
- Waterloo, Ontario
- London, Ontario
- Montreal, Quebec
- Jakarta, Indonesia
- Vancouver, British Columbia
- Niagara Falls, Ontario
The firm’s portfolio includes:
- Schulich School of Business (York University)
- Bahá’í Temple of Light (Bahá’í International Community) - Santiago, Chile
- Shangri-La Toronto
- Ontario Pavilion, 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver
- Art Gallery of Ontario The Weston Family Learning Centre
The firm is involved in other numerous other high-rise residential complexes (Number One Bloor) (277 Davenport), mixed-use buildings, private homes and retail units.
