Hapoel Afula is an Israeli football club based in Afula. The club will be playing in Liga Leumit in the 2013-14 season. Their main rivals are Hapoel Asi Gilboa.

In the mid-1950s and early 1960s the club played in Liga Alef which back then was the second tier in Israel but they never managed to play in the top flight.

In 2004 the club won the Liga Bet North B division and was promoted to Liga Alef. After 9 seasons in Liga Alef the club finally managed to win promotion when they won the league by a margin of ten points.
