Hamry nad Sázavou is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.11 square kilometres (2.75 sq mi), and has a population of 1,355 (as at 28 August 2006).
Hamry nad Sázavou lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) west of Žďár nad Sázavou, 30 km (19 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 122 km (76 mi) south-east of Prague.
