Haliotis clathrata is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Haliotidae, the abalones.[1]

This marine species occurs in the Indo-Pacific and Central Pacific Region:Aldabra, Chagos, Comores, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, and the Seychelles
