Haemophilus meningitis is a type of bacterial meningitis associated with Haemophilus influenzae infections.
Vaccination can reduce incidence.[1] Rates are still high in areas with limited levels of vaccination.[2]
It is usually (but not always) associated with Haemophilus influenzae type b.[3]
