Hadley Learning Community is a school located on Crescent Road and Waterloo Road, Hadley, Telford. The school is a specialist Engineering College. Its secondary phase was opened on 1 September 2006 and the primary and special schools were opened later in January as were more of the facilities used in the building. The principal is Dr. Gill Eatough and the school was part of £70 million PFI project. The school has also recently won two major awards for Best Community/User Involvement in a Project and it was named the country's best building and learning environment in the first ever Education Business Awards. also in 2008 they won the national it awards.
As well as providing education facilities the school houses the council library for Hadley and has a swimming pool and fitness facilities for use by the general public. The school houses an entertainment venue called "The Circle" which is used for concerts and other performances. in the theatre this is used for school assemblies and actors or dancers from different areas come to show there talents.
Most notable staff would be Head Teacher of the Secondary Phase, Mr. Paul Roberts. Deputy Head teacher of the Secondary Phase Mr. Daniel Roycroft. Also Mr. David Bowyer the most recent Deputy Head.
Also Mrs. Erica Aston, Head Mistress of the Primary Phase.
