Grottazzolina is a town and comune in the province of Fermo, in the Marche region of Italy.

Grottazzolina belongs to the province of Ascoli Piceno and is 51 kilometers away from Ascoli Piceno.

Grottazzolina has a population of 3,129 inhabitants and a surface of 9.3 square kilometers (population density of 336.45 inhabitants per square kilometer). It rises 222 metres above sea level. The municipality of Grottazzolina had a population of 2,899 inhabitants according to the 1991 census. According to the 2001 census, there was a population increase of 7.93%.
