Grotniki [ɡrɔtˈniki] (1943–1945 German Grottensee) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zgierz, within Zgierz County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Zgierz and 17 km (11 mi) north-west of the regional capital Łódź.[1]
