Griff Dines

(Philip Joseph) Griff Dines is a former Provost [1] of St Mary's Cathedral, Glasgow[2]

He was born on 22 June 1959 [3] and educated at the Royal Grammar School, Newcastle, University College London and Clare College, Cambridge. He was ordained in 1987 after a period of study at Westcott House, Cambridge. After curacies in Northolt and Withington he was Vicar of St Martin, Wythenshawe from 1991 [4] until his cathedral appointment. In 2005 he became Business Manager of the Macdonald Associates Consultancy.
