Gregorio Walerstein (1913 – 24 January 2002) was a Mexican film producer and screenwriter of Jewish descent.[1][2] He produced 193 films between 1941 and 1989. He produced the film Ash Wednesday, which was entered into the 8th Berlin International Film Festival.[3] Walerstein has produced ten films starring María Félix the last one being La Valentina.
