Greg Olsen (artist)

Greg Olsen (born 1958 in Idaho) is a prolific Latter-day Saint artist of the late 20th and early 21st century, famous for his paintings, "Kings of Kings" and "O Jerusalem". Olsen's paintings are in at least 20 temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). Many major corporations have his work, as well as The Pentagon.[1] Dozens of his paintings have been used in church periodicals. Most of his pictures are of Jesus Christ or depict Mormon art based on the Book of Mormon or Latter-day Saint history.[2]

Olsen grew up in Iona, Idaho.[3] He studied at the Utah State University. Greg Olsen married Sydnie Cazier. They have six children.[4]
