Grešlové Mýto (German: Gröschlmaut)) is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.16 square kilometres (0.83 sq mi), and has a population of 203 (as at 28 August 2006).
Grešlové Mýto lies on the Jevišovka River, approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) north-west of Znojmo, 59 km (37 mi) south-west of Brno, and 163 km (101 mi) south-east of Prague.
