Granja Comary is a neighborhood in the Brazilian city of Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro state.[1]
The Brazilian Football Confederation's training center, where the Brazilian national football team[2] and the women's team train,[3] is also named Granja Comary, it is located in the neighborhood.[2] Besides the Brazilian national team, Campeonato Brasileiro Série A club Flamengo regularly trains in the center during their pre-season.[4] The place is composed of five football fields, and is one of the neighborhood's tourist attractions.[2] The other tourist attraction is the Comary Lake (Lago Comary).[1] Clube Comary, located next to the Brazilian Football Confederation's training center,[5] is a multisports club located in the neighborhood.[6] It was founded on July 6, 1968.[6]
