Graham R. Hunt (born April 21, 1979) is an American politician of the Republican Party. He is a member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 2nd Legislative District. Hunt was appointed to the state legislature on January 17, 2014 by the Thurston County Board of Commissioners and Pierce County County Council, despite being the second choice of the Republican Precinct Committee Officers from the district.[3] Hunt filled the vacancy left after Gary Alexander resigned from his seat in the legislature on December 31, 2013 as he had promised to during his failed campaign to retain his position as Thurston County Auditor.[4] In 2010, Graham Hunt was appointed to the Orting City Council.[5] The following year, Hunt ran unopposed to retain his seat on the Orting City Council.[6]
