Grafton is the penultimate passenger rail station on MBTA Commuter Rail's Framingham/Worcester Line.[1] Though it is officially located at 1 Pine Street in North Grafton, Massachusetts, Pine Street can not be found on any map of the station. The actual location is off of Green Street north of Westboro Road (Massachusetts Route 30). Parking is available on the west side of Green Street north of the bridge over the line, where a pedestrian bridge between the two platforms can also be found.

The station is located within a five-minute walk of Tufts University's Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine.
