Grace Kosaka is a film producer, writer, and actress. Her feature film, Nexus (film), a thriller directed by Neil Coombs, was released in the US April 1, 2011, DVD release August 9, 2011.[1] Grace also produced A Broken Life, directed by Neil Coombs and starring Tom Sizemore, Corey Sevier, Saul Rubinek, and Ving Rhames, which was released September 23, 2008 in the US and October 14, 2008 in Canada.[2]

Grace began her artistic career in dance then moved into acting where she worked in commercials and independent film. In 2002 Grace and creative partner Neil Coombs founded the independent film production company Caged Angel Films.[3] The company’s mandate is to produce feature films with a unique balance of commercial viability and artistic integrity. As resident producer, Grace has made it a focus to incorporate racial diversity in a manner that reflects the increasingly multicultural nature of North American society.
