Gorka Brit Gallego (born 19 April 1978) is a Spanish footballer who plays for SD Beasain in Tercera División, as a striker.

Football career

Brit was born in San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa. Having grown through the ranks of Real Sociedad and having played as a senior with modest outfits, mostly in the Basque Country, he made his debuts in La Liga with CA Osasuna in the 2002–03 season; subsequently he served some loan stints in Segunda División and, after only 17 games with the Navarrese's main squad in two separate seasons combined, he was released in the 2006 summer.

In the 2007–08 campaign, Brit was an important member for CD Numancia (having joined the Soria side the previous year) in their championship-winning season, with subsequent promotion (26 matches, nine goals). Highlights included braces in 2–1 wins against Xerez CD (home) and UD Las Palmas (away).

In late July 2009 Brit returned once again to the Basque region, joining Real Unión, freshly promoted to the second level. He experienced one of his best seasons as a professional, scoring 14 league goals, but the club was immediately relegated back.
