Golyshmanovsky District (Russian: Голышма́новский райо́н) is an administrative district (raion), one of the twenty-two in Tyumen Oblast, Russia.[1] As a municipal division, it is incorporated as Golyshmanovsky Municipal District.[3] It is located in the south of the oblast. The area of the district is 4,085 square kilometers (1,577 sq mi).[citation needed] Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Golyshmanovo.[2] Population: 26,747 (2010 Census);[4] 27,907 (2002 Census);[8] 29,265 (1989 Census).[9] The population of the administrative center accounts for 51.0% of the district's total population.[4]
