Golden Myanmar Airlines is Myanmar's first domestic and international low-cost airline established in August 2012. It was formed by 15 investors including the chairmen of CB Bank and Myanmar Golden Star. The airline launched operations in January 2013 with two Airbus A320s and plans to add a new aircraft to its fleet every six months.
