Goka (五霞町 Goka-machi) is a town located in Sashima District, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, the north about 50 km of Tokyo.
As of 2008, the town has an estimated population of 9,622 and a density of 417 persons per km². The total area is 23.09 km².
As of 2007, the town has 126 foreigners (Excluding Japan). There are factories that make the construction machinery, printed matter, and the beverage (Yakult etc.) in the town.
