Gołaszyce [ɡɔwaˈʂɨt͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Żarów, within Świdnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Żarów, 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-east of Świdnica, and 41 kilometres (25 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
