Gmina Zebrzydowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Cieszyn County, Silesian Voivodeship, southern Poland. It is in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia. Its seat is the village of Zebrzydowice.

The gmina covers an area of 41.68 square kilometres (16.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 12,612.
