Gmina Wodzierady is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łask County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Wodzierady, which lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north of Łask and 24 km (15 mi) west of the regional capital Łódź.

The gmina covers an area of 81.42 square kilometres (31.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,098.
