Gmina Stawiszyn is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Kalisz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Stawiszyn, which lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) north of Kalisz and 98 km (61 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 78.27 square kilometres (30.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 7,244 (out of which the population of Stawiszyn amounts to 1,554, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 5,690).
