Gmina Skrwilno is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Rypin County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Skrwilno, which lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Rypin and 66 km (41 mi) east of Toruń.

The gmina covers an area of 124.35 square kilometres (48.0 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,109.
