Gmina Prusice is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Trzebnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Prusice, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Trzebnica, and 28 kilometres (17 mi) north of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 158.02 square kilometres (61.0 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 9,164 (out of which the population of Prusice amounts to 2,203, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 6,961).

Gmina Prusice is bordered by the gminas of Oborniki Śląskie, Trzebnica, Wińsko, Wołów and Żmigród.
